Job Description

An important task is to independently investigate and analyze events according to Lex Sarah and report deviations. This is work where we learn from experiences and translate them into real changes. You document, analyze, and transform facts into valuable insights that drive development and strengthen the quality across the entire social sector.

The role also involves supporting managers and employees. Clarifying analyses and showing how results can be used as a basis for the continued development of operations. Prepare well-founded decision materials and present current Lex Sarah cases.

Together with the Quality Strategist, you ensure that cross-sectoral processes, routines, and guidelines are updated, implemented in the sector, and well-established. You follow up on statistics, operational goals, and relevant key performance indicators. You monitor results from national surveys and identify trends and legislative changes. Together, we coordinate the sector's digitalization development and welfare services.

Who are you?

We believe you are a person who makes things happen and thrives on driving development forward. You are communicative, pedagogical, structured, and process-oriented. You have a unique ability to combine strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.

As a person, you are analytical and meticulous, but also highly collaborative and skilled at building trust. Above all, you are a team player with a genuine commitment to learning and development. The role requires that you can work independently and confidently stand by your assessments. You make well-founded decisions and can justify your conclusions in a way that is both professional and easy for others to understand.

Qualifications

  • Relevant university education or other training assessed by the employer as equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of work experience from the areas of care and elderly care, functional support, or IFO.
