We are now looking for an Administrative Assistant who will have a varied workday and assist with various tasks, requiring fluent English and partial Urdu language skills. If you are a curious person who wants to gain broad experience, this is the right role for you.

About the role

You will work with our well-known clients who operate internationally. The companies have an international background, which means you must be accustomed to working remotely. As an Administrative Assistant, your main task will be to assist our client with data entry and reconciliations according to instructions, as well as quality control and updating the customer database. Communication skills are one of the most important points where you, as an employee, must deliver quality and ensure secure work.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with data entry and reconciliations according to instructions.
  • Sorting and handling of confidential documents.
  • Manage reporting to industry organizations and international customers in Europe.
  • Work with exhibition bookings.
  • Provide assistance with documentation during tender processes.
  • Opportunities exist to develop the role within calculation and updating of our customer agreements, as well as quality monitoring of their brand.

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in administrative tasks, has an eye for administration or quality monitoring of goods, and has good stylistic skills, as travel between our clients' offices may occur. Fluency in English is a requirement.

We are also looking for full-time/part-time employees for this role.
