RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to play a key role in the development of the municipality's primary care and contribute to safe and modern health and medical care? We are now looking for you who want to combine the strategic MAR (Medical Responsibility) assignment with development-oriented work within Health and Care.

You will become part of Health and Care, a business area with approximately 400 employees distributed across elderly care, functional support, as well as preventive and resource services. Here, you will be part of the business area manager's leadership group together with department managers, SAS, MAS, and development leaders.

As MAR Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that the municipality's rehabilitation, habilitation, and assistive technology services are conducted safely, appropriately, and in accordance with legislation. You ensure safe and professional care through the development and follow-up of routines, medical record reviews, counseling, as well as the implementation of incident analyses and Lex Maria reports. Together with MAS and SAS, you conduct business follow-ups and work actively to strengthen quality and patient safety.

You monitor research, legislation, and new findings and have a central role in the development of "Good and Close Care" (God och nära vård). As an advisor within rehabilitation, habilitation, and assistive technology, you create good conditions for both patients and employees, and you represent the municipality in collaboration forums with other municipalities and Region Skåne.

In the role of Business Developer, you work both strategically and operationally to develop the Health and Care business areas. This includes, among other things, investigation assignments, project management, and supporting managers and employees in change and improvement processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist with very good knowledge of relevant legislation and the ability to apply it in practice. You have several years of experience from the profession, preferably within municipal primary care, and are accustomed to following research, new findings, and regulations. Experience in patient safety work, teamwork, and development or change work is meritorious, as is previous leadership or assignments as MAR or overarching investigator.

You have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, good IT skills, and a B driver's license. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and responsible. You communicate clearly, have a pedagogical ability, and are easy to collaborate with. This makes you thrive in a role where you drive development forward with both integrity and engagement.
