Operations Administrator at Rickarums School

Do you want a key role in a growing non-profit independent school in the countryside?

Rickarums School and Preschool is located in a small community where many parents and villagers are passionate about the operations and contribute to the community and the creative learning environment.

We are looking for an Operations Administrator who wants to be the hub of our operations. Approximately 100 children attend our school from preschool to year 5, and we have around 30 employees.

The position is broad and varied, with primary responsibility for financial administration and payroll, as well as support to the school leadership regarding student and personnel matters, communication, and the development of the organization's administration.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is structured, self-initiative, and responsible
• Has documented education and/or experience in financial administration
• Has experience with accounting and payroll software
• Has good digital competence
• Communicates well in Swedish, both orally and in writing

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience with HR/personnel matters
• Have experience from administration within schools and preschools
• Have experience with Microsoft 365
• Have experience from non-profit association activities
