At HRB Group, we are looking for a diligent and driven Accounting Assistant who wants to become part of our growing group of companies.

We consist of four project-based construction companies with different professional focuses, where each company employs both skilled workers and office staff. The position is located in our largest company, HRB Service, where other support functions are also employed. HRB Group is part of the Pinerock Group.

About the role

As an Accounting Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

• Continuous accounting
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Incoming and outgoing payments
• Internal invoicing
• Filing of employer contributions and VAT
• Reconciliations in connection with monthly closing
• Support to the organization in economic matters

You will become an important part of the operations and a natural contact person for colleagues within the organization.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school education or higher education in economics
• Has 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
• Is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented
• Is curious and enjoys taking responsibility
• Has good collaboration skills and can communicate with colleagues at different levels
• Has good knowledge of the Office package

Requirements

• Experience working with Fortnox
• Experience with project accounting
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
