You step into a society-critical environment where modern IT solutions are crucial for the power system to function stably and efficiently. In this role, you work close to the business with applications that support, among other things, outage management, capacity forecasting, electricity trading, settlement, and control of the electric power system. Here you combine system administration, technology, and business-close collaboration in an environment where security, accuracy, and availability are always at the center.

An important part of the assignment is to contribute to the work of bringing an application back from an external supplier, while simultaneously strengthening the team in the ongoing administration of business-critical systems. You work together with other system administrators, developers, test managers, specialists, and architects. This is a role for you who want to have real impact in an area where IT makes a concrete difference every day.

• You handle incidents, problems, and troubleshooting in 2nd line, as well as drive changes from planning to follow-up.
• You automate flows and contribute to improving working methods, routines, and administration processes.
• You provide support and assistance to internal and external parties.
• You contribute to technical requirement specification and help develop new solutions, functions, and integrations between different systems.
• You collaborate closely with the business, other system administrators, and external parties to create effective and sustainable solutions.
• You work with supplier management and follow-up on contracts and deliveries.
• You ensure important recurring activities such as risk analyses, recovery plans, and operational and security status.
• You create and maintain test and development environments and contribute to the controlled deployment of applications and services in own data centers.
• You coordinate tests and carry out parts of them together with the business, security specialists, and test managers.

• University education in systems science or computer science of at least 180 hp, or alternatively at least 5 years of work experience in IT business areas.
• At least 5 years of work experience from the last 10 years in system and application administration, including at least 1 year with business-critical and/or security-sensitive systems.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the role of IT system administrator/application administrator.
• At least 2 years of experience working with PM3 and lifecycle management within applications or a corresponding model.
• At least 2 years of experience in supplier management and follow-up of international suppliers.
• Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• At least 2 years of work experience working with Agile methods and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• At least 2 years of work experience in IT security.
