Eviaskolan offers quality-assured and research-based teaching and treatment to students who need extra support in their learning. Our schools specialize in creating a safe and supportive environment so that previous experiences of failure in the school setting are turned into successful experiences. We work based on the evidence-based approach of school-wide Positive Behavior Support (PBS) and with small student groups and an engaged team, we work together to adapt the teaching to each student's unique needs.
We currently have two schools in Stockholm, one on Södermalm and one in Västerhaninge. We are looking for you who want to drive and develop our schools together with us!
About Eviaskolan
Eviaskolan is a resource school with treatment. Through our combined competencies, we make a big difference for the students who have had it the hardest in their school journey. Many of the students have not been in school for a long time before starting at Eviaskolan and often have neuropsychiatric disabilities. Eviaskolan's vision is to offer a business where previous experiences of failure in the school environment for the student are turned into successful experiences through quality-assured and research-based treatment and teaching. Job Responsibilities

Eviaskolan is at the forefront with its work with Positive Behavior Support (PBS), an evidence-based method aimed at improving study environment, work environment, and study results through clear expectations and feedback where the focus is on reinforcing the positive. Treatment interventions take place from a learning psychological perspective both in groups and individually during the students' school day, and are carried out by staff with competence in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Teachers and therapists work in teams around the students.
