Chalmers Konferens och Restauranger is a restaurant company with a strong connection to student life and a clear focus on student welfare for students at Chalmers University of Technology. We operate at several locations in Gothenburg, including Campus Johanneberg and Lindholmen Science Park. We run several restaurant units and work with conferences, events, catering, lunch service, and bar operations.

Responsibilities
The position is a full-time booking role at our conference center, Chalmers Johanneberg. The focus is on booking, but you will also be our face to guests, visitors, and our own staff. You will handle booking inquiries via email and phone for the entire area, which includes lunch bookings, catering, and smaller conferences, as well as upselling products and services. Other tasks include welcoming conference guests, administratively creating bookings in our booking system, invoicing, and answering incoming calls. Working hours are primarily during the day, Monday–Friday, but can also be adjusted based on our occupancy levels.
Qualifications
You gain energy from working with people and you give energy when you are among people. You understand that you are part of the whole and are therefore extremely important to your colleagues and our guests. We would appreciate it if you have a few years of experience working with different booking systems, preferably Caspeco. Industry experience from the hotel and conference sector is a plus. The role requires you to make independent decisions, so we want you to be proactive and solution-oriented. Other valued traits include flexibility and creativity.

100% fixed-term contract (temporary replacement).
Salary
According to agreement / According to collective agreement.
Start Date
2026-08-03 or according to agreement.
The temporary position is valid until June 15, 2027, or until the permanent employee returns to work. If the operational needs change, the temporary position may be terminated earlier.
