Framtidsutveckling is now looking for a TikTok Coordinator who wants to help take our channels to the next level.

About the role
Framtidsutveckling helps future students and professionals find the right education. We operate 5 platforms and 13 social media channels, listing over 1,600 schools and nearly 28,000 courses and programs.
To reach the right target groups, we need to be where they actually hang out. Right now, that is TikTok.
As a TikTok Coordinator, you will have a creative and varied role where you drive content from idea to publication. You will create engaging videos, test new formats, keep an eye on trends, and ensure our channels feel relevant, current, and worth following.
You are both creative and structured. You can go from idea to finished video quickly, sometimes in front of the camera, sometimes behind it, and sometimes out at client sites, schools, and with partners.
What you will do
You will be responsible for, among other things:
- Planning, producing, and following up on content for our TikTok channels.
- Creating a strategic annual calendar based on seasons, campaigns, and key dates.
- Ensuring we publish continuously and with the right tone.
- Filming, editing, and packaging material for TikTok.
- Analyzing data, creating reports, and optimizing content for better results.
- Project managing client orders from idea and concept to finished video.
- Handling guest appearances and bookings, leading interviews, and being involved both in front of and behind the camera.
- Maintaining and developing our creator pool and coordinating tasks to our creators.
Who we think you are
You have a really good grasp of TikTok. You understand trends, formats, pacing, hooks, and what makes people keep watching. You don't need to wait for a perfect brief to get started; instead, you see opportunities, test ideas, and get things done.
You are good at immersing yourself in different brands, target groups, and educational areas and can quickly turn that into content that feels relevant.
We also believe you are organized, curious, proactive, and have an eye for what actually works in the feed.
Additional qualifications that are a plus
- Experience with TikTok production, both organic and paid ads.
- Experience filming and editing in tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar.
- Experience in project management and customer contact.
- Educational background in marketing, communication, film, or similar.
