Recently, we have expanded our business to include the sale and purchase of used mobile phones, which will be a significant part of your role moving forward!

As an employee at Fix My Phone, you will meet our customers daily and serve as the face of the company. This requires high social competence, responsibility, and a strong drive for sales.

We are now looking for new employees for our store in Alingsås. You will be the face of Fix My Phone. Through your advice and sales expertise, you will work with customers to identify what needs to be done with their mobile phones or tablets. You will then perform the repairs and follow up with the customer upon case completion, while also working on upselling accessories and other products. It is crucial to meet all customer needs, both explicit and hidden. We work towards a more sustainable future for both the customer and the world at large, which is why it is important for us to ensure that customers have the right accessories and protection for their phones after a repair to prevent future incidents. It is your task to sell these to the customer!

All new employees undergo training where we teach you how to repair various devices, handle the cash register, and receive regular training in sales techniques and customer service.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and genuine drive. You are responsible and value order and structure, for your own sake and that of others.

Previous experience in sales and jobs requiring dexterity is considered an asset.

Salary: 20,000 SEK – 50,000 SEK per month
