About the role

Our technical service can be compared to customer service, meaning you will help our customers at the Lagershop with returns, service cases, and complaints. Since you are the face of the company, you need to be service-oriented and passionate about providing customers with the best service together with your colleagues at the Lagershop. Other tasks such as sales, cash register duties, and inventory management are also included, although your focus will be on technical service.

You do not need to be a tech expert, but curiosity and a willingness to learn more about our products are important. You will also have the opportunity to develop within troubleshooting products that you handle. So, we offer exciting work together with a fantastic team at the Lagershop.

Who are we looking for?

• Work experience in service roles and/or retail sales.
• Experience with handling complaints is a plus.
• Interest in learning about our products.
• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• You must be at least 18 years old to work with us.

You are a calm person who drives things forward with a desire to achieve good results. Your friends describe you as organized and responsible, and as someone who always asks, "What can I help with?", even when the pace is fast. The work is done together with colleagues at the Lagershop, and helping each other to solve daily tasks is second nature to you. As a person, you are also positive and contribute to a great team spirit.
