Job Responsibilities

We offer work within home care services and special housing. Before you start, you will receive an introduction tailored to the workplace so that you feel secure in your assignment.

• Home Care Services: Within home care, you work together with colleagues and visit elderly clients in their own homes. You assist with daily tasks, personal care, social interaction, and documentation. You travel between clients' homes by car or bicycle, depending on the area they live in.
• Special Housing (SÄBO): In special housing, you work closely with colleagues to support the elderly in their daily lives. You help with daily tasks (e.g., cleaning, laundry, and meal service), personal care, social interaction, and documentation. You help create a safe, dignified, and meaningful life for the residents.

Requirements and Qualifications

This job is suitable for you if you:

• Want to provide good personal care.
• Are comfortable supporting all people.
• Are responsible, secure, and treat your surroundings with respect.
• Can collaborate and contribute to a good atmosphere at work.
• Are flexible.

Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• A completed upper secondary education is required. Education in care, elderly care, or child and youth activities is an advantage.
• A B-class driver's license is required in some operations.
• Provide a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record for residential homes for youth). The extract can be ordered free of charge via www.polisen.se, either to a digital mailbox (e.g., Kivra) or by post. If ordered by post, the processing time is approximately one to two weeks.

• Salary: Hourly wage.
• Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
