We are now looking for an engaged and positive assistant for a teenager living in Staffanstorp, outside of Lund.

The boy has a developmental disability, CP, and epilepsy. He is wheelchair-bound and requires round-the-clock assistance. He enjoys walks, exercise, animals, nature, movies, and music.

The work is varied and includes hygiene and care, transfers, pedagogical and motor training, medication, feeding, play, communication, and acting as a link in social interactions. The role involves lifting, so you need to be in good physical shape.

On good days, the boy wants to be active, and it is your job to ensure he gets the most out of his day. On difficult days, you need to be a secure and caring person.

The boy hopes his new assistant will be a good friend. A sense of humor is also highly valued! You must, of course, be a non-smoker.

Shifts are scheduled during the day with double assistance, evenings, and active night duty.

The position is 80-100 %.

About the company

We have a permit from the Swedish Inspectorate of Care (IVO) and have a collective agreement with KFO.
