About the workplace

The Home Care in Töreboda consists of several work groups where nursing assistants and care staff work to help users in their daily lives. You work independently but also within a multidisciplinary team where the focus is on the user's independence and self-reliance.

We are looking for a nursing assistant for a permanent position in the night patrol team, with a start date of September 1st or as agreed. The position is 80% night work, and if desired, the remaining working hours can be scheduled up to 100% evening shifts as resource shifts. The night patrol team is staffed with three nursing assistants every night, and you will work in close contact with a nurse.

In home care, we have annual working hours and flexible service grades, which gives you the opportunity to influence your working time. We use flexible scheduling.

Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant in the night patrol, we work throughout the municipality. We have scheduled visits, digital supervision visits, and responsibility for safety alarms. All staff are involved in daily planning based on the user's needs in the business system Life Care/LMO. The way of working is characterized by an activating and rehabilitative approach where the individual's own knowledge and abilities are prioritized. Training, motivation, and social community are important ingredients.

• Meet users' individual needs for care and nursing in their homes.
• Perform delegated healthcare interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act.
• Palliative care/end-of-life care.
• Documentation and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Trained nursing assistant.
• Category B driver's license.
• Basic digital competence.

You are a responsible and service-oriented nursing assistant who puts the individual's needs at the center. You collaborate well with colleagues, users, relatives, and other partners, both within and outside the organization. We expect you to be good at building relationships and to have a respectful attitude. Flexibility, patience, and a positive approach are also required.

As a nursing assistant in the night patrol, you can expect a salary between 28,000–33,000 SEK depending on experience and competence. Individual salary setting applies.
