Job Responsibilities

In your role as an assistant nurse, you will maintain a professional attitude towards residents, relatives, and colleagues. You will support residents in their daily lives towards the goals set in their implementation plans. Delegations are part of your assignment, and you will independently manage social documentation and create implementation plans in the Treserva system based on the needs of the operations.

Working from a salutogenic and person-centered approach is considered a given in our work. As an employee, you have an active role in contributing to the workplace's development and maintaining a learning attitude towards colleagues. You will also serve as a union representative in close collaboration with our specialist assistant nurses and unit managers.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse and have previous experience working in elderly care. The role requires that you can work under the delegation of licensed personnel and have good computer skills. Furthermore, good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

As an assistant nurse, you enjoy that the content of the work often changes and that you work together with colleagues in a team that highlights each other's strengths. You should feel secure in your professional role and, with your knowledge, be able to guide colleagues in daily work.

Supporting our residents to a meaningful life gives you energy and joy. You are professional, responsive, and respectful in your interactions. You have high knowledge within nursing and a drive to learn new things and try new methods.

All colleagues are expected to collaborate flexibly across the facility to best utilize each other's competencies and our resources.

Work occurs during days, evenings, and weekends. Start date is by agreement.
