We are now looking for dedicated temporary night staff for Lövberga, Stenungsund Municipality's newly built and modern elderly care home. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a facility where safety, quality, and care are at the center – while also becoming part of the startup in completely new premises.

If you enjoy working nights, feel confident in your interactions with people, and wish to contribute to calm, safe, and dignified care, this is a fantastic opportunity. Start is immediate, and for the right person, there is also the possibility of longer-term temporary positions.

WORK TASKS

The tasks vary depending on needs and may include among other things:

• providing individually adapted care and support
• assisting with evening and morning routines
• performing supervision and safety measures during the night
• handling delegated health and medical care tasks according to routine
• documenting in our digital systems
• collaborating closely with colleagues and nurses as needed
• treating residents and relatives professionally, respectfully, and with care

The work requires that you can work independently, make wise decisions on the spot, and at the same time be a reliable team player.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• enjoy working nights
• are calm, flexible, and responsible
• have good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• are comfortable with digital documentation

A satisfactory extract from the police criminal record must be presented before employment.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
