Here, approximately 30 dedicated employees work across several professional categories, such as district nurses, assistant nurses, medical secretaries, psychologists, and doctors. We are a medium-sized and dynamic health centre with 8,600 registered patients, and we work together to meet our patients' needs in the best possible way. About the Role

Your duties at the health centre span a broad field and encompass general medical competence with patients of all ages and situations. You work independently and with variety in clinic operations. Supervision is provided by an experienced specialist who offers you support and knowledge exchange. We offer you varied work with good development opportunities. About You

• You are a licensed physician with permission to practice within Swedish healthcare and have an interest in primary care and undertaking specialist training (ST) in general medicine.
• You possess Swedish language skills at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale.
• A B-class driver's license is required.

We are looking for someone who is sensitive and has good interpersonal skills, as you will meet many different patients at the health centre in your work. You work independently and are confident in making your own decisions, while contributing engagement and initiative to the development of the operations. You thrive in teamwork and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and partners to jointly create a care environment characterized by quality, trust, and care.

• Interviews are conducted continuously.
• The position is a fixed-term assignment of 6 months, with the possibility of extension and specialist training (ST).
• For those who have trained as doctors abroad and have not completed the basic medical internship (AT) in Sweden to obtain medical licensure, the new regulations regarding Bastjänstgöring (BT) apply from July 1, 2021. Bastjänstgöring for doctors (BT) is a mandatory introductory part of specialist training in the new regulation ST-2021 (HSLF-FS 2021:8). This means you need to complete BT before or as an introductory part of your ST.
