Solhöjden Södra is a dementia care facility where eight people live per unit. Solhöjden is a place where we collaborate for those we serve. Our facilities are modern and purpose-built; we have a large inner courtyard and a fantastic view.

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

Employment percentage to be agreed upon.

Job Responsibilities

We offer you a meaningful and stimulating job where you will help our residents with everyday tasks such as personal hygiene, medication, exercise, cooking, and cleaning. The role also involves contact with relatives.

Your task is to work person-centered together with your colleagues, based on the individual conditions and needs of our residents.

Qualifications and Education

We are looking for someone with good social skills who enjoys collaborating with others. You must be skilled at handling and interpreting different situations and act responsibly and independently within the framework of our political mandate and the intentions of the Social Services Act. We value engagement and participation that contribute constructively to improving operations. You should work from a salutogenic perspective.

We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse (undersköterska) or have equivalent work experience. Flexibility, a positive attitude, good initiative, and the ability to see the big picture are requirements. Special emphasis will be placed on documented good references and personal suitability.

A satisfactory extract from the Police Authority's criminal record must be presented before an employment offer is made.
