About us - Surgical Clinic, Ward 61 SUR/ENT

As a nurse at NU Hospital Care, you make a difference for other people - every day. Here lives are saved, here lives are changed. Here you work closely with other professional categories where we at the Surgical Clinic cooperate and help each other across ward boundaries and receptions. Here you get the opportunity to work with broad and advanced care characterized by development and teamwork!

You will develop and deepen your knowledge and competence, not only in nursing and treatment but you will also become accustomed to handling medical technology.

Ward 61 has 18 care beds where we treat patients with diseases in the vessels, upper gastrointestinal tract, jaw, and ears, nose, and throat, as well as patients in the extended day care form. We cooperate with other care wards and receptions at the Surgical Clinic and the ENT-Jaw Surgery Clinic.

What do we offer you, besides a flashlight and double on-call pay?

Recovery and development are our focus. We work according to individual schedules and upon your employment, you are given the opportunity to, 2 hours per week, develop your unit-specific knowledge. The time is scheduled in consultation with the manager.

We value night work and if you are interested, we can make an individual calculation of what the compensation will be and how the working hours can be planned for the best possible balance between recovery and income.

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for you who have teamwork skills, are proactive, and have a burning interest in human encounters.
