Are you a nurse and want to work in cardiac care?

Ward 5 is an internal medicine ward with a cardiological focus. We care for patients with acute heart conditions and provide aftercare following heart surgery, but we also treat other internal medicine patients. We work with rapid investigations and examinations to meet our patients' care needs. The ward has 23 beds and offers telemetry monitoring. Ward 5 is also a clinical placement unit for nursing students, with resources dedicated to making your placement with us as good as possible.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience from cardiac care. Personal qualities such as flexibility and teamwork skills are highly valued. You have a good manner of dealing with people, are innovative, and take initiative.

Clinical Foundation Year

For you who are a newly graduated nurse, the Clinical Foundation Year is included during the first year of your permanent employment.

The Clinical Foundation Year includes lectures, process-oriented nursing guidance, and practical training at the Simulation Center. It also includes auditing in other departments to give you a broader understanding of the hospital and the care chain.

This is an initiative that gives you the opportunity to develop in your profession and build your professional identity as a nurse.

Working Hours

The employment will cover all hours of the day, which means that duty may also be scheduled during the night.
