What can we offer you?

We are looking for a responsible nurse on a temporary contract to work within the municipality's LSS activities. You will work together with three other nurses, all focused on personal assistance and group homes.

The position involves daytime work with every sixth weekend off.

Who are we?

The municipal primary care in Falköping is a wonderful organization where you will have approximately 100 new colleagues within the rehabilitation unit and the nursing unit. You will work alongside experienced general nurses, district nurses, and specialist nurses within psychiatry, dementia care, and elderly care. As an employer, we want to give you the opportunity to grow and develop in your professional role, both through competence development and experience sharing between different professions.

We have several units distributed throughout Falköping Municipality. We collaborate closely with the rehabilitation unit, various home care districts, short-term care units, and our special housing facilities. Collaboration is important, and we work in teams regarding our patients, for example, through palliative care teams. The goal of our operations is to care for the patient in the right place based on needs and wishes. Based on this, we care for patients at an advanced level, both in their own homes and in special housing facilities, which gives you as a nurse a broad scope in your assignment.

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or specialist nurse, who enjoys working with LSS activities and preferably has experience working in municipal primary care. You are curious about new challenges, flexible in your working methods, and able to work both independently and in a team. You have good collaboration skills and actively contribute to a good working environment.

You have good computer skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. We use the medical record system Viva and the signing system Appva. We actively work to develop and improve our digital work tools to keep up with development.

Information

We will conduct rolling selections, which means interviews may be held during the application period. Interviews will start in week 34.
