About the School

Backatorpsskolan is a popular, non-profit independent school located in a scenic area on Hisingen. The school has high demand and currently has 345 students from preschool class to grade six. 200 children attend our after-school center, which offers stimulating activities. A highly experienced and dedicated staff of 55 educators develops the school's work under the leadership of the principal. The school is run as a foundation.

Support functions include administration, finance, and assistant principals.

Qualifications

You are a child health nurse or district nurse. Further education in child health care or district nursing is required. Experience in school health care, working in a student health team, and familiarity with the Prorenata software system are desirable.

Responsibilities

As a school nurse, you will plan and be responsible for the medical aspects of student health at Backatorpsskolan. You will offer and conduct health visits and vaccinations according to the current basic program, organize and participate in school doctor consultations, and work together with the school's student health team to contribute to creating environments that promote students' learning, development, and health.

As a person, you are committed to child and student health issues, can take initiative, are meticulous, and have the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Personal suitability will be given great weight.

Employment and Salary Terms

Permanent position. Holiday cover. Monthly salary. Start date as agreed.

Full-time equivalent 70 %.
