Description

The Postnatal Clinic is responsible for follow-up care for mothers and babies during the first week after childbirth. We are looking for a midwife who wants to become part of our dedicated team. Here, we work with postnatal care for new families, both at the clinic and through home visits. We offer varied work where you contribute to safe, secure, and person-centered care, while we continue to develop the operations together.

Responsibilities

As a midwife at the Postnatal Clinic, you work independently and in close collaboration with pediatricians, nursing assistants, and section managers. Telephone advice is part of your duties. The clinic is located in bright and pleasant premises in a standalone pavilion. A valued part of the operation is "Home Birth Care" (BB-hemma), our mobile team providing secure postnatal care at home.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered midwife with experience in postnatal care. Breastfeeding education (7.5 ECTS credits) is meritorious. We believe you are meticulous and work with patient safety in mind, have good collaboration skills, and treat patients, relatives, and colleagues in a positive manner.
