Job Responsibilities

The role of a nurse at a care and housing facility involves independently assessing, planning, organizing, and carrying out medical treatment and nursing interventions. You work to promote health and prevent illness, contributing to collaboration regarding individual patients. You collaborate in teams both internally and externally to meet the individual's care needs. As a nurse, you are responsible for supervising and delegating care staff, as well as providing advice and support to other professions in the team surrounding the patient. You work scheduled hours.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and feel confident working independently. We prefer that you have previous experience within municipal healthcare and/or are specialized in a relevant area. We welcome you who, through engagement and innovative thinking, can help us develop our operations and are ready to take on the challenges within municipal healthcare. You are a driven and solution-focused person who is accustomed to prioritizing your tasks.

We value qualities such as humility, good customer service, willingness to collaborate, and a positive mindset. Humor and joy are also important to us. The care intensity may change over time, which means that good physical fitness and stress tolerance are prerequisites for handling the work. We are moving towards a more digital workplace, so it is important that you are positive towards change and operational development.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written) is required, and knowledge of other languages is meritorious. Furthermore, a driver's license, good computer skills, and preferably experience with the documentation system in Treserva are required. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability and teamwork skills.
