The Health and Social Care Administration, with its approximately 1,500 employees, is one of the administrations in the City of Mölndal and covers elderly care, support for people with disabilities, and healthcare.
Healthcare focuses on development, competence, and increased quality as part of the transition to Good and Close Care. Municipal healthcare faces significant challenges, and we need to prepare for increased demand for care and support as the population ages. RESPONSIBILITIES
As a nurse working night shifts, you are responsible for independently planning, assessing, performing, and following up on healthcare interventions for patients across the entire healthcare sector.
Independent work may occur, which means you need to be able to work autonomously during night hours. You work scheduled night shifts. The working hours are 21:30–07:30.
The employment is at 80%, and the fixed-term contract lasts for 6 months with a possibility of extension.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. It is considered an advantage if you have work experience from municipal healthcare and experience working in the medical record system Treserva.
The position requires that you can act independently based on what the situation demands, without needing support from others, and that you have the ability to make independent decisions within the scope of your assignment.
You show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role. You base your actions on the principle of equal value for all and use the user's needs as the starting point for your actions. We also look for someone who is collaborative and has the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. By being interested and creating understanding for others, you contribute to a respectful work climate.
You have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and you adapt your communication to the recipient and the situation. Furthermore, you are receptive and listen to others with the aim of understanding their needs. You listen and are open to others' opinions and perspectives.
A driver's license is required for the position, and you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing. Basic computer skills are also required.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension.
Start date: As agreed.
Within the Health and Social Care Administration, there is active work underway to offer employees their desired degree of employment in order to reduce involuntary part-time employment.
