Do you want to work on Medical Ward 7?

We are now looking for a nurse for our ward. The work on the ward is knowledge-intensive, developmental, and exciting. Ward 7 is an internal medicine ward with a focus primarily on gastroenterology, hepatology, diabetes, and hematology. There is very broad competence among both nurses and nursing assistants, as the general medical ward handles many different diagnoses outside the specific focus areas. We work in teams, which means that all professions – nurses, nursing assistants, paramedics, and doctors – work together with the patient. Good collaboration is therefore very important to us. Our focus is on continuously developing and improving close care for our patients. Our driving forces are joy, presence, and engagement. We have just moved into new, fantastic facilities that promote both the work environment and patient safety, and we look forward to working together with a new colleague!

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Experience from internal medicine care is meritorious. If you have completed supervisor training, acute medicine courses, or other relevant university courses, this is also considered an advantage.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Other highly valued skills include the ability to plan and coordinate, be independent, flexible, and proactive, as well as good collaboration and initiative skills. We advocate for diversity in our recruitment process.

Clinical Foundation Year

For you who are a newly graduated nurse or radiographer, the Clinical Foundation Year is included during the first year of your permanent employment. The Clinical Foundation Year includes lectures, process-oriented nursing supervision, and practical training of your profession at the Simulation Center. It also includes shadowing in other departments to give you a broader understanding of the hospital where you work. This is an initiative designed to give you the opportunity to further develop in your profession and build your professional identity.
