The Nursing Unit in Partille Municipality is now looking for you who are passionate about your profession and want to develop in your role!

Due to study leave among our employees, we are currently seeking full-time substitutes. The temporary position lasts until September 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension.

The role of a nurse with us involves a person-centered, health-promoting, and preventive approach where you collaborate closely with the patient, relatives, colleagues, and other professionals surrounding the patient. The healthcare needs of our patients vary greatly, ranging from preventive measures to advanced medical care, offering you a varied, developing, and dynamic work environment.

As a nurse with us, you will meet patients at different stages of life and be responsible for assessments, treatments, and follow-ups. The work involves independent decision-making, emergency interventions, and collaboration with colleagues and care staff.

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for you who are a registered nurse. Further education as a district nurse or other specialist training deemed equivalent by the employer is meritorious, as is previous experience working in municipal primary care.

Since the work is performed in the patients' homes, a Category B driver's license is required for the position.

As a nurse, you are confident, both as a person and in your profession. You take responsibility for your tasks and strive to complete every step with high quality. You act calmly and collectedly, have a good ability to structure your work, and can easily reprioritize when needs arise. You have strong communication skills and create and maintain good relationships with patients, relatives, and staff. Since you will meet many different types of people, it is important that you are cooperative and always keep the patient in focus.

Your new workplace

The Nursing Unit in Partille operates within ordinary housing, special housing, short-term housing, and disability services. We are staffed with nurses around the clock, every day of the year, and make home visits to municipal residents who have a significant and ongoing need for healthcare interventions.
