Home Care Service Urban Area Mölnlycke

The Home Care Service Urban Area Mölnlycke is centrally located in Mölnlycke, close to shops, restaurants, and good transport links. Bus and train connections make it easy to commute both within the municipality and to nearby towns.

We are now looking for a nurse assistant/aide for our operations. Here, you will have a meaningful job where you contribute every day to security, independence, and quality of life for our users. Since our geographical area is centrally located, travel between users is largely on foot or by bicycle, which provides an active workday and the opportunity to get close to both people and the surrounding area.

You will work days/evenings and every other weekend.

About You

In the first instance, we are looking for you who are trained as a nurse assistant, and in the second instance, we are looking for you who are not yet trained but have a couple of years of experience in the care profession. As a person, we see that you are stress-resistant, used to making decisions, and responsible. You have a good attitude towards people and work well with other colleagues. You are independent and meticulous in your work and have an empathetic ability. You are used to taking initiative and can organize your work independently.

Joint Planning

Härryda Municipality works to increase the basic staffing and reduce the need for temporary employment. Joint planning means that you have a home unit but can also work shifts at other units within the municipality if needed. The purpose is to ensure continuity and secure care for users, while you as an employee get variety, broader experience, and opportunities for competence development. Requirements

• Previous work experience within care and social services
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both oral and written
• Good digital competence, preferably experience with social documentation
• Ability to receive, perform, and follow delegated HSL tasks
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility in daily work
