About the Position

We are now looking for an Education Nurse with a genuine interest in education and development. You will have a comprehensive role where business development and competence development are in focus. The role includes planning, implementing, and following up on education for licensed personnel and care staff, as well as working with improvement and development projects.

The position is divided approximately 50 % as an Education Nurse and 50 % in our resource group working across our entire operations. There are two Education Nurses, each working at approximately 50 %.

Responsibilities include:

• Standard tasks within municipal primary care.
• Performing medical procedures.
• Working in close collaboration with care staff, unit managers, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing colleagues, and the responsible nurse for medical care.
• Contributing to and developing work related to close care.

We expect you to contribute your competence and work for a good working climate together with your colleagues.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident in your role as a nurse.
• Is flexible and has a structured approach to work.
• Has a high degree of pedagogical ability.
• Has a positive attitude and very good collaboration skills.
• Is creative and enjoys planning and implementing educational initiatives.

Previous experience as an Education Nurse is meritorious. Experience of nursing work within municipal care and social services is also meritorious.

Personal suitability is given great weight.

• Licensed Nurse
• Category B Driver's License

Employment Terms

Permanent position, 100 %, daytime hours Monday-Friday including public holidays.

Language assessment is conducted for certain professional groups before employment can become current.

A criminal record check is conducted for all employment within the Social Services Administration.

For employment within residential care for children and youth (HVB) operations, an extract regarding HVB homes is requested.

For employment within operations targeting children with disabilities, extracts regarding children with disabilities and a control of own data are requested.

For other employment within the Social Services Administration, an extract regarding control of own data is requested.

If the extract is not digital, it must be brought in an unopened envelope in connection with the control.
