Being a Nurse with Us
We know that it is important for you as a nurse to have time for the patient and the opportunity to keep the patient in focus. As part of creating this, we strengthen the team around the patient. Among other things, our nursing assistants have an extended responsibility so that time is freed up for you as a nurse. This extended responsibility includes assisting with medication and handling, among other things, catheters, PICC lines, and BiPAP.
Your role as a nurse in the team is to plan the nursing care and then carry it out together with the team around the patient. You are the team leader, and to ensure you feel secure in your role, you will undergo internal training. The team consists of nursing assistants, pharmacists, assistants, and physiotherapists. As needed, dietitians, occupational therapists, and social workers are also included.
Additionally, we have a receptionist every weekday, a SAMSA nursing assistant, and an inpatient dosing nurse.
We also work with daily management and improvement boards to continuously improve and develop care and the work environment. Development is important to us, and we constantly work on internal further education.
About You
You are a licensed nurse.
You enjoy working with and for people. You are good at seeing the big picture and enjoy collaborating, seeing the team as a significant part of your work. Since the work as a nurse is very independent and largely based on your own analyses and assessments, we also see that you are a stable and secure person who is clear in your communication with patients and relatives, as well as with your own team and those we collaborate with.
Personal suitability will be given great weight.
