Description

Are you a trained assistant nurse with a strong ability to identify the needs of the operations and the users? You are welcome to apply for the position of Team Leader/Assistant Nurse at Hemtjänst Centrum 1 in Vänersborg Municipality.

Job Responsibilities

The Team Leader is a central figure in the daily work and is responsible for ensuring that decisions, goals, routines, and guidelines are followed in the operations.

The Team Leader, together with the Unit Manager, leads the team as a good role model and reinforces positive behaviors.

The Team Leader is also responsible for creating good conditions for discussion within the team.

The Team Leader's responsibilities also include making home visits when necessary and participating in cross-professional meeting forums such as quality meetings, coordination teams, and coordinated individual plans (SIP meetings). The role involves extensive contact with users, relatives, and guardians.

The Team Leader's responsibility is summarized in four basic points:

• The Team Leader has a cohesive responsibility for the team and the workplace.
• Act as a contact person between the Unit Manager and staff on overarching common issues.
• Coordinate staffing and current needs based on efficient planning and economic resources.
• Actively contribute to ensuring that adopted decisions, goals, and action plans are followed within the unit.

Qualifications

It is important that you can identify the individual's needs. You are flexible and responsive, and have the ability to work both independently and in a group. To succeed in the assignment, you must be structured and have good skills in planning, organizing, and following up. The assignment includes collaborating with several professions, such as nurses, social workers, and occupational therapists/physiotherapists.

You should work based on the needs of the operations and the individual, and be communicative towards colleagues and management in the decisions made.

You should have the ability to reflect on yourself and your work in relation to the assignment, as well as be a good support to your colleagues in the same. Additionally, you should have personal maturity, be stable, clear, and have self-awareness.

• Phoniro
• Welfare Act (SoL) and Health and Medical Services Act (HSL)

You have studied the Care and Nursing Program, and we would appreciate it if you have several years of experience in similar tasks. Upon employment, you will need to present the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of right to use the professional title "Assistant Nurse".

A B-category driver's license is a requirement.

Conditions

Your primary employment is as an assistant nurse within ordinary housing, and the Team Leader role runs as a temporary position.

Team Leaders have working hours scheduled on regular weekdays (excluding holidays).

When applying for a position within the Social Services operations, you must present an extract from the Police's suspicion and criminal record register before the position is filled.
