About the Job

Do you want to work in a personal and varied environment where a good working environment with a manageable number of patients per nurse is a major focus? We are now looking for a nurse to join our team in the South West. We operate from beautiful and bright premises at Redegatan 9C in Långedrag. The entire work group gathers in the morning to review the day's tasks before heading out to patients at various care and nursing homes in the city area. This gives you the opportunity to meet more colleagues where you can both share your knowledge and gain extensive opportunities to acquire more knowledge through all the experienced nurse colleagues you meet daily.

The duties include assessing, planning, and structuring work for the individual patient and their relatives based on a person-centered approach. You follow up and document according to current legislation and our quality registers. As a nurse, you work independently and have patient responsibility. You work in close collaboration with your colleagues, such as nurses, nursing assistants, and the rehab team. You also collaborate with the unit manager and care staff at care and nursing homes, as well as with social secretaries and doctors. You work according to a basic schedule, which means you primarily work daytime hours on weekdays, with shifts every fourth weekend and approximately 6 evening shifts over an 8-week period.

About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. We would like you to have experience in the profession but also welcome recent graduates. The position requires a B-class driver's license.
