The municipal primary care in Trollhättan is a cohesive operation. Our way of working is based on teamwork where we collaborate and share knowledge – together we create safe, good, and close care.

The position involves being linked to SÄBO (Special Support for the Disabled). However, we actively work to help each other across boundaries – a way of working that provides both variation and opportunities for development in your professional role. We operate from Lextorpsvägen.

Job Responsibilities

The role of nurse in Trollhättan Municipality aims to plan care for our patients, and you are responsible for ensuring that the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL) is followed in a safe manner in our operations. You lead nursing care from a person-centered perspective and are expected to educate and supervise nursing staff in patient-proximate work. Since we work in teams around the patient to ensure good and safe care from a holistic perspective, the work is done in close collaboration with other professions.

We are in an exciting time of development and transition work to shift towards future care. In our development journey, you will become an important part of curiously wanting to test new methods and ways of working. We also actively work with the introduction of digital working methods and security-enhancing welfare technology. Some examples of this are medication dispensers and online home care.

Working hours on weekdays are scheduled during the day. You are part of a rotating schedule where you work every fifth weekend, with both day and evening shifts. During evening and weekend work, you serve on patrol together with the municipality's other nurses.

• A registered nurse.
• In possession of a driving license with category B.

Advantageous if you are educated as a district nurse.
