Your role with us

As a team member at A-omsorg, you will:

• Provide personal care
• Adapt interventions to each customer's needs
• Work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues
• Participate in documentation and reporting

You will become part of a thoughtful and professional group that supports each other and develops together.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience as a practical nurse or care assistant, preferably within home care
• Are perceptive, flexible, and proactive
• Have a good ability to meet people professionally and empathetically
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Are accustomed to documenting digitally

About the position

• Scope: As needed / hourly employment
• Working hours: Day, evening, and weekend (schedule according to agreement)
• Compensation: Hourly wage + shift allowance
