Here, you work together with a competent and collaborative team consisting of a pharmacist, a pharmacy technician, and a pharmacy manager who jointly take responsibility for the pharmacy and contribute to high-quality customer experiences. The daily work is varied and includes everything from advising and selling medicines and self-care products to warehouse management, campaigns, quality work, and development. As the Responsible for Medicines (LMA), you are also responsible for:

• Ensuring that the business complies with current laws, regulations, and ordinances for outpatient pharmacies
• Ensuring that regular self-inspections of the pharmacy are carried out and that the pharmacy meets the requirements for self-control
• Handling deviations and deficiencies that arise at the pharmacy, assessing them, and taking necessary measures
• Having overall responsibility for following up on the quality of the business and contributing to spreading knowledge about good medicine use and quality within the team

The pharmacy is open 09:00-18:00 on weekdays, closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We offer a permanent part-time/full-time position, starting as agreed, and you are welcomed to Pharmacy Manager Majd's team. Many of our visitors return regularly, which we see as a nice testament to trust and well-being. The pharmacy is located in Bua center, near the grocery store, library, and other businesses, making it a natural meeting place in everyday life. As a pharmacist with us, you meet customers in your daily work and help with their needs, big or small. We strive for every person who comes in to feel seen and well taken care of. We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and curious about finding solutions. We appreciate an open mind and a willingness to think a little differently when needed."

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or registered pharmacy technician. To thrive in the role, we believe you have a genuine interest in helping customers with good medicine use and better health.

For the role of LMA (Responsible for Medicines), you need to have at least two years of experience from a Swedish outpatient pharmacy as well as at least one year of documented quality work.
