Working in the staffing pool is a fun and varied job that suits you if you have experience and skills and want the opportunity to develop further in your work. As an assistant nurse, support staff, care assistant, or habilitation staff, you will primarily perform personal care, nursing, and carry out health and medical tasks on delegation, as well as maintain social documentation.
As a staff member in the pool, you set your own schedule and availability in the TimeCare Pool scheduling tool together with your colleagues, based on the needs of the Social Services Administration. You work across the entire operations within elderly care and/or disability services and are booked by our Staffing Planners when operations request personnel. Thus, you might work one day at a Service Apartment and the next day in Home Care or at a Short-term Care facility. The employment involves day, evening, and night shifts, and split shifts may occur. In addition to your salary, there is a supplementary pay, so-called pool allowance.
You must be interested in working with people. It is important that you have the ability to put yourself in other people's situations and have an understanding of ethics and confidentiality. You must be able to work flexibly as tasks and workplaces will change. Personal suitability is given great weight.
