About the Job

Your tasks are to assess and treat patients of all ages. Common conditions among patients you meet as a physiotherapist are: problems and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, and mental ill health. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal plan for rehabilitation is drawn up. The work is located at the clinic, digitally, and via home visits. Treatment of patients takes place both individually and in groups. The work involves close cooperation with other professions, both at the own clinic and with other collaborating partners. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the operations in a continuous improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. If you have previous experience in the profession and primary care, it is meritorious, but we also welcome you if you are newly graduated.

We are looking for you who are sensitive, have good communication skills and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. You can plan your work in an effective and organized manner based on the organization's goals. Since the workload varies and unforeseen events can occur, we see that you are flexible and independent. For you, it is natural to cooperate with colleagues and other collaboration partners in the work. You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters at the HR department who call candidates to a telephone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
