About the Role

Your duties at the health centre span a broad field and include general medical competence with patients of all ages and situations. You work independently and with variety in reception duties. Supervision is provided by an experienced specialist who gives you support and knowledge exchange. We offer you varied work with good development opportunities. About You

You are a licensed physician with permission to practice within Swedish healthcare and have an interest in primary care and undertaking specialist training (ST) in general medicine. You possess Swedish language skills at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale.

We are looking for someone who is receptive and has a good manner of dealing with people, as you will meet many different patients at the health centre in your work. You thrive in teamwork, and for you, it is self-evident to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in the work. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.

The position is a temporary assignment for 4 months, with possible extension and specialist training (ST).

For those who have trained as doctors abroad and have not completed AT (basic training) in Sweden to obtain medical licensure, the new regulations regarding Basic Service (Bastjänstgöring) from July 1, 2021, apply. Basic Service for doctors (BT) is a mandatory introductory part of specialist training in the new regulation ST-2021 (HSLF-FS 2021:8). This means you need to complete BT before or as an introductory part of your ST.
