Now is your chance to become part of a unit in the midst of exciting development work – soon moving into newly renovated, modern premises in the heart of Gamlestaden, known as the Psychosis Center project.

Psychosis Clinic East is a well-functioning and appreciated outpatient clinic where experience, engagement, and collaboration permeate daily life. Here, you will find a safe working environment with a warm community and a culture where we learn from each other. We are passionate about creating the best conditions for our patients – and for each other.

Here, you will work together with a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, doctors, occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers, health educators, orderlies, and administrators.

The work is varied and meaningful – you meet patients at the clinic, in their homes, or via digital contacts. We also work with group therapy and place great emphasis on meeting each individual where they are.

Job Responsibilities

Here, you will have a central and significant role as a Case Manager, where you follow and support your patients throughout the entire care process. You work based on the Resource Group-ACT model. This is a structured and person-centered method where you, together with the patient, the team, and the patient's network, create the best possible conditions for recovery and quality of life.

You are never alone – you have a competent and engaged team by your side, where collaboration and knowledge exchange are a natural part of daily life.

In your role, you will among other things:

• Plan and coordinate interventions based on each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Work close to the patient with a strong focus on relationship, participation, and continuity.
• Be an important part of the teamwork, where different professions together make a difference.
• Be responsible for medication management and follow up on treatments.
• Conduct nursing assessments, plan interventions, and hold therapeutic conversations.
• Act quickly and confidently when there are changes in the patient's condition.
• Collaborate with the municipality, relatives, and other healthcare providers to create a holistic solution.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and have a genuine interest in helping people feel and function as well as possible. We would appreciate it if you had previous experience working in psychiatry.

Conditions

We can offer you a flexible and varied job Monday-Friday during daytime hours where you can develop as a nurse. You will receive an individualized introduction from experienced colleagues, and there is also a wide range of courses offered by the clinic. Supervision is provided. The workplace will be centrally located in Gamlestaden with very good transport connections.

Clinical Base Year

If you are a newly graduated nurse, you will be part of the Clinical Base Year, which is our introduction program. The Clinical Base Year is mandatory and lasts during the first year of your employment with us. The Clinical Base Year includes lectures, nursing supervision, and practical training of your profession at the Simulation Center. In addition, it includes working on at least two different wards to broaden your competence.

In the event of recruiting nurses/doctors with foreign licenses/specialist certificates, the current position will be preceded by a process to meet the requirements for a Swedish license/specialist certificate.
