Are you interested in contributing to a world where access to healthcare does not depend on economic or geographical circumstances? A world where all people have the right to decide over their own bodies and sexuality. Sida needs a case officer for interventions to strengthen sexual, reproductive health and rights (SRHR). At Sida, you get to use your skills and make a difference.
About the job
As a Program Specialist on the Unit for Social Development, SOCIAL, you will work independently on health and SRHR interventions carried out in collaboration with multilateral organizations, civil society organizations, authorities, and research institutions. The SOCIAL unit has 15 employees who handle interventions to achieve the goals of Sida's thematic strategies within health, SRHR, gender equality, and education. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues in the unit's health team. The unit's mandate also includes representation and coordinating roles internally and externally. We offer
We offer a workplace with good opportunities for development and a work environment characterized by openness and diversity. You work based on a clear mandate and area of responsibility characterized by trust between you, your manager, and your colleagues.
As an employee at Sida, you work with the world as your workplace, with Agenda 2030 and the government's values as your guide. To be able to respond to the challenges the world faces today and in the future, we need people with different backgrounds and skills.
