You will be part of an engaged and close-knit work team where you collaborate, support each other, and distribute tasks based on assignments, competence, and current needs.

The position is shared, meaning you plan and carry out activities both in the classroom, during recess activities on the playground, and in the after-school center. Together with your colleagues, you shape, lead, and further develop the operations with the curriculum and other regulatory documents as a stable foundation. Another central part of your assignment is to maintain good and safe communication with both colleagues and guardians.

You enjoy working in close collaboration with others, are attentive in your communicative leadership, and have a professional approach in meetings with colleagues, students, and guardians.

In your pedagogical role, you are skilled at capturing and utilizing the students' own interests, making them active participants in shaping a daily life characterized by joy and community. You have the tools to lead, motivate, and create engagement, enabling you to bridge difficulties and awaken students' desire to learn.
