We are now looking for a support assistant who enjoys varied tasks and working independently.

Responsibilities and tasks

As a support assistant within day activities, you support individuals with intellectual disabilities in their daily occupations. You work to strengthen their self-esteem and independence. The tasks vary based on the participants' wishes and daily condition. The activities are aimed at people who want to participate in workplace internships or otherwise engage and contribute to society. We also have a strong focus on media, video editing, gaming, as well as training and health. You supervise one or more individuals during internships or within the facility. The work also includes documentation.

A small part of the role involves housing support. As a housing support worker, you work to strengthen the individual's self-esteem and independence while offering secure support at home and in everyday life.

The position includes both of these assignments.

You are part of a team and collaborate closely with your colleagues.

About you

We prefer that you have experience working with people in this target group. You are flexible, creative, and solution-oriented. You have a low-affective approach to interaction and can guide without controlling. You enjoy varied tasks and working independently. You are good at prioritizing and collaborating. You have the ability to pick up on people's wishes and needs.

Other details

We offer a 6-month probationary period.

90% employment, daytime hours.

Collective agreement applies.
