Job Responsibilities

As an Escort, you support a person with a disability to have an active, social, and meaningful daily life. You base your work on the interests and activities our clients have/wish to do. This can range from playing board games, exercising sports, going to the theater or museum, or having a coffee together.

As a Relief Worker at home, your role is to relieve parents and provide quality time to the child/children by playing both indoors and outdoors. This can involve everything from playing football, jumping on a trampoline, socializing, crafting, singing, making music, drawing, or reading a book.

The assignments vary from several meetings per week to 1 meeting every other week, and you plan your schedule together with the client. When you submit an application, you will be asked to answer which days and times you can work.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are well understood in Swedish, both in speech and writing, so that you can communicate with the client without hindrance.

It is meritorious if you:

• have worked with children previously
• have experience working with people with functional variations
• have knowledge and experience of neuropsychiatric disabilities
