Hållsta School is a smaller F–6 school (preschool to grade 6) with approximately 120 students located in a rural area. Work is carried out in small teams where collaboration and participation are a natural part of the operations. The principal's area also includes Skogstorp School, which is a larger school with grades F-9 and larger teams. Here, there are good opportunities for collaboration and collegial learning. Both schools are close to forests and nature. In the leisure time activities (fritids), we work based on the curriculum with a focus on quality, structure, and student development. RESPONSIBILITIES

As an early childhood teacher in grades F-3, you are responsible for teaching in a class in close collaboration with colleagues. With our youngest students, we work purposefully to create secure relationships, identify social needs, and conduct early language and mathematical follow-ups. We are careful to mix play and theory in the classroom and collaborate in mentorship constellations with older students.

Together with your colleagues, you plan activities based on the curriculum so that students have the opportunity to learn in all situations, both during lesson time and through leisure time activities. You work actively to create good relationships with students and guardians and contribute to a secure and stimulating environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a teaching degree and teacher certification with eligibility to teach grades F-3. You have experience in practical work based on the current curriculum and current experience of teaching in preschool class and/or grades 1-3. You have very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. Using IT in your teaching is something you feel confident with.
