RESPONSIBILITIES

We at Slottsskolan are now looking for a student assistant! As a student assistant, you have a great interest in understanding your fellow human beings and want to contribute to the students' conditions for success in school.

Your work will be characterized by clarifying pedagogy, alternative communication strategies, and low-affective handling. You will be an important part of the work to create the best conditions for students' learning in school.

As a student assistant, you will work with helping and supporting the students in their schoolwork, both knowledge-wise and in social contacts in interaction with classmates and teachers.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have experience from working with children/young people; it is an advantage if you have worked with students with NPD (neurodevelopmental disorder). We would like you to have a basic education as a student assistant.

You need to enjoy working with students in need of special support and are driven by developing students' abilities in a solution-focused way.

You have good cooperation skills and are confident in yourself. You engage in your work and work with the young people's best interests in focus. As a person, you are not afraid to take initiative while being responsive and responsible towards those you meet in your work.
