Sandbäcksskolan is a centrally located school for grades F-6 (preschool class to grade 6) with an associated after-school center. The school has access to well-functioning student health teams and safety teams. We have a strong commitment to developing both the school and the teaching. Currently, we are in an exciting development process regarding adapted learning environments, and we place great importance on competence development in the form of collegial learning and personal professional development.
Students have access to iPads as learning tools, and all our classrooms are equipped with smartboards. If you join us, you will receive a Mac computer, a work phone, and if needed, an iPad as a work tool.

We are looking for you who, together with us, want to continue developing the work with students' learning and work towards increased goal fulfillment. You will be responsible for class teacher and mentorship duties for students in one of our grade 2 classes, and your tasks will mainly consist of teaching and tasks related to teaching. You are responsible for planning, teaching, documenting, and following up on teaching based on our steering documents. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teachers and after-school staff in the work team and at the school. We want you to be well rooted in our steering documents and to base your work on the school's value foundation.
We are looking for you who have a primary school teacher's degree, grades 1-3. Teacher certification is a requirement. If you are a recent graduate, you will get a mentor during your first year at the school, and you will have the opportunity to participate in network meetings in the municipality as part of your induction year. You must be able to communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
We place great value on good leadership and want you to help create engagement and participation in the students' development and learning. You should possess good collaboration skills and be good at listening and communicating. You are a team player who shares the work team's tasks, takes responsibility for achieving set goals, and shares your own knowledge and experiences. It is important that you see opportunities, take advantage of students' knowledge and ideas, and are proactive in proposing new suggestions and working methods.
