About Us
The Instructor Unit is located within the HR department and brings together all of the Swedish Customs Administration's instructors specializing in conflict management and driver training. Employees within the unit are stationed at various geographical locations across the country but are led nationally from the HR department. The unit's instructors are responsible for the basic and advanced training in conflict management and driver training within the Swedish Customs Administration's educational programs.
About the Position
We are looking for two full-time instructors to join the Instructor Unit.
As a national instructor on the Instructor Unit, you will lead planned basic and advanced training courses within vehicle training at the Swedish Customs Administration, together with other national instructors and instructor resources. In addition to teaching duties, you are expected to plan, coordinate, and conduct high-quality training. You will also be responsible for making approval assessments based on nationally established requirements and providing constructive feedback to course participants. As a national instructor, you are viewed as a national resource; while training assignments may occur in all geographical areas, your duties will primarily be carried out within your own geographical region. This position entails responsibility for training planned and conducted in Malmö and the surrounding area.
