About the role
Perido is currently looking for a case handler for the Insurance Department at the National Board of Public Procurement (Kammarkollegiet) in Karlstad. In this role, you will handle and regulate vehicle-related cases of varying scope and complexity. You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration, quality, and professional customer service are the focus. The work is performed on-site at the office.
Your responsibilities
As a case handler, your tasks will include, among other things:
- Processing and investigating cases within the vehicle sector
- Independent assessments and decisions based on laws, regulations, and guidelines
- Regulation of compensation and administrative handling related to cases
- Contact with private individuals, authorities, and other external parties
- Collaboration with colleagues within the team to ensure efficient processes
Your qualities

Qualifications:
- University or college degree in fields such as economics, law, or other social science-oriented education
- Experience in customer contact or case handling
- Valid driver’s license (Category B)
- Very good computer literacy
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both written and spoken
Merits:
- Experience in independent investigative work and decision-making based on regulations and guidelines
Scope and start date
Full-time, consultancy assignment for 6 months. Start at the end of August/beginning of September.
