About Trafiko and the role

At Trafiko, we are transforming the driving school industry – for both students obtaining their licenses and the instructors who teach them. In a short time, we have grown to become one of the largest players in driving education, operating in 18 cities across Sweden. Through our website and app, students study theory nationwide. In total, over 30,000 students are educated annually with Trafiko.

We have successfully offered driving lessons in Gothenburg for the past three years. We now want to expand our offerings to meet student demand and are looking for you to join us on this journey as a driving instructor.

About you

We are looking for someone who is positive, pedagogical, and passionate about helping students reach their goals by tailoring education to their individual needs. You are quality-conscious and have a patient approach. You take significant personal responsibility and have the ability to complete your tasks independently, with foresight and structure.

Requirements

• Approved driving instructor certification
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work

Merits

• Experience using digital tools
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish
