Malmen Montessori in Borås is beautifully located next to the picturesque Ramnasjön in a large, historic, and charming brick building. We are one of the country's largest Montessori schools, with approximately 750 children in preschool, primary school, and after-school care, and over 110 employees. Students are divided into mixed-age groups.

We are looking for a certified lower secondary school teacher with qualifications to teach Natural Sciences (NO) for grades 7–9.

We are seeking someone with a curious approach, who is positive, responsible, flexible, and secure. You have a structured and creative way of working and are skilled at inspiring and motivating students to discover, learn, and develop.

We prefer that you have professional experience and an interest in Montessori pedagogy. Montessori training is not a requirement, as we provide internal further education. You will contribute to developing our operations in relation to the curriculum and our Montessori educational plan.

You encourage every child to form their own opinions and grow through their tasks, offering freedom with responsibility. From this freedom, students' independence can develop, which in turn builds self-confidence and the ability for critical analysis.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The position is full-time with a start in autumn 2026. A holiday service arrangement applies to this position.
